River of Life Fellowship is a Cell Church:

How is it different?

The Cell is the Church. The Cell is not just a small group, Bible study or prayer group, but is the front door to the Church. The Cell seeks to involve people and touch them at a relational level that impacts the entire Christian life not just “one part” (holistic approach). The Cell is structured where the group multiplies and plants new Cell by evangelism under close supervision and mentoring, coming together in celebration under one leadership.

What is a Cell Group?

A Cell Group is a small group who comes together to grow in their love for God, grow in their love for each other, and win and disciple the ‘Lost’ to Jesus Christ. The Cell Groups gather weekly for scheduled meetings, moving from house to house, supporting one another through life giving interactions. The Cell’s ultimate goal is multiplication.

“...let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another.”
 - Hebrews 10:25

“...so continuing daily with one accord in the temple, breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of the heart.” - Acts 2:46

“...daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.”
 - Acts 5:42

“...how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you and taught you publicly and from house to house.” - Acts 20:20

Four Biblical Core Values of Cell Group:

The Great Commandment

“...and Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
 - Matthew 22:37-39

1) Loving God - Upward
2) Loving One Another - Inward

The Great Commission

“...and Jesus came and spoke to them saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of hte Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”
 - Matthew 28:18-19

3) Loving the Lost - Outward
4) Making Disciples - Forward
